Job summary

Atira Hotels is seeking a part-time Shuttle Driver in Wood Dale, IL. You will safely operate the hotel shuttle, assist guests with luggage, and provide information about services to ensure a positive guest experience.

Shifts include mornings and evenings, with nights, holidays, and weekends on a 8-hour schedule. Candidate must have at least 1 year of shuttle driving and customer service experience, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1 year shuttle driving and customer service experience required.

• Morning and evening shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive hotel shuttle, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage and provide information about hotel services.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure security by locking doors and maintaining a visible presence for guest assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and address guest inquiries courteously.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the manager/supervisor.

Job Overview

Responsible for driving the hotel shuttle to ensure guests are picked up and dropped off safely and on time. It provides exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Performs minor vehicle maintenance and assists with general hotel operations as needed.
