About the Van Driver Role:

As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from appointments, medical facilities, and other destinations. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient care. Our ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety and customer service, with the ability to navigate through traffic and handle unexpected situations with professionalism and poise.

Van Driver Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport patients to and from appointments, medical facilities, and other destinations
  • Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including manifests and pick‑up/drop‑off logs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure smooth transportation processesFollow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and well‑being
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure vehicle safety
  • Adhere to Premier Washington's policies and procedures regarding patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
