Job summary

300 Reliant Student Transport, LLC is seeking a Van Driver to safely transport passengers on assigned routes. The ideal candidate will operate a company van, maintain a high level of safety and professionalism, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include conducting vehicle inspections, keeping accurate logs, and complying with transportation regulations. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, a strong commitment to safety, and effective communication skills. Both part-time and full-time positions are available with various benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous professional driving experience preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Ability to work early mornings, afternoons, or split shifts as required.

Van Driver Position Summary

The Van Route Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers on assigned routes in accordance with company policies, contractual obligations, and all federal and state regulations. The van driver provides reliable daily service to schools, community organizations, and contracted clients while maintaining a high standard of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company van on assigned routes and schedules
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations in a timely manner
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns
• Ensure compliance with all DOT and state transportation regulations
• Maintain accurate route logs and required documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delays or route changes
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle interior
• Provide professional and courteous service to passengers and clients
• Follow company safety standards and emergency procedures

Education, Experience and Skills

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Previous professional driving experience preferred
