All interested applicants for a Non-CDL Driver position, including those fully qualified with the appropriate license and endorsements, start as a Driver in Training. We invest heavily in training and development to ensure our drivers are the best in the industry.

A Driver in Training will learn to obtain necessary endorsements and company policies. Upon successful completion, they will be placed in a Non-CDL Driver role.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing safe and reliable transportation on designated routes.
• Reporting on time and maintaining schedule safely.
• Assisting passengers in emergencies.
• Reporting accidents or incidents promptly.
• Following company policies on passenger management.
• Communicating effectively with staff and passengers.
• Maintaining a professional appearance.
• Completing and submitting required paperwork timely.
• Collaborating positively with colleagues and customers.
• Using vehicle equipment safely, including wheelchair lifts and radios.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old; 25 for Tennessee school bus drivers.
