Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the exceptional guest experience we are known for.

As a Van/Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting contracted airline staff to and from General Mitchell International Airport and other authorized transports in the Milwaukee area. Connected to the newly expanded Baird Center, the Hilton Milwaukee City Center is Milwaukee's largest hotel, offering 729 guest rooms and over 34,000 square feet of meeting space.

Responsibilities

1. Safely and securely transport guests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant journey.
2. Welcome guests at the hotel’s main entrance, setting a positive tone for their stay.
3. Inspect the van for cleanliness before each trip, addressing issues such as snow removal, vacuuming, and trash disposal.
4. Ensure vans are fueled and ready for transport.
5. Report vehicle maintenance needs to the Transportation Supervisor.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service/guest service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
• Knowledge of the Greater Milwaukee Area and General Mitchell International Airport.
• Ability to sit and drive for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
