Columbus Airport Marriott is looking for a Full-Time Associate with a primary position of Van Driver from 12PM-5PM. Secondary duties to be determined from 9AM-12PM.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Van Driver is responsible for transporting guests to and from designated locations safely and promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience. This role requires a focus on safety, punctuality, and exceptional customer service.

• Safely operate the hotel van to transport guests between the hotel and various destinations (e.g., airport, local attractions).
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring it is secured properly.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle, including checking tire pressure, oil levels, and other safety features; report any maintenance needs to the appropriate department.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable both inside and out.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Provide information to guests regarding local attractions, hotel services, and other inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk or other departments regarding guest pick-up/drop-off times.
• Patrolling the lot and reporting suspicious activity to the manager.
• Cleaning and/or stocking the stock room.
