Education, Experience, and Certification(s) High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) preferred. Three years’ experience and knowledge of road systems in the El Paso County area preferred. Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation to perform work-related travel required. Eligible drivers must have a good motor vehicle record (MVR) required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Basic ability to operate a computer using Microsoft Office software. Ability to carry out instructions in written, oral, and diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
