Qualifications

• Experience in short-term and long-term care settings.
• Experience with setting up appointments and coordinating transportation.
• Ability to perform pre-trip safety inspections and maintain vehicle safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents to/from appointments.
• Assist residents with boarding and exiting vehicle.
• Perform pre-trip safety inspections.
• Maintain clean driving record and up-to-date license.

Position Summary

We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic individual to be a vital link between residents, care staff, and other facility staff. The Resident Transporter is responsible for ensuring residents are safely taken to outings, doctor's appointments, and other activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive resident to/from appointments
• Assist residents with boarding and exiting vehicle
• Perform pre-trip safety inspections
• Clean Driver's License
• Reliable and careful driver
• Experience in short/long term care setting
