Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is seeking a Van Driver in Ketchikan for the Transportation team during the Alaska season. The role involves safe driving, customer service, and providing narrated tours to passengers.

You will operate a van, perform basic vehicle tasks, and share area knowledge to enhance guest experiences while adhering to safety standards and team guidelines. This seasonal full-time position offers varied sightseeing duties and opportunities to contribute to memorable

• One year of experience in positions involving customer service.
• Current, valid driver's license, with a clean driving record is required.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Requirements

• One year of experience in positions involving customer service.
• Current, valid driver's license, with a clean driving record is required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Ability to safely drive a motorcoach while speaking to passengers, answering questions and providing narration, while working in a team or group environment.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
• Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
• Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for minimum of 8 hours per day.
