Qualifications

• Use hand/power tools, torque wrenches, calipers, gauges; trainable on test equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass company screenings.
• Safety: Adheres to PPE, LOTO, and boundaries.
• Quality: Maintains high first-pass yield and low rework.
• Documentation: Accurate entries on travelers/inspection sheets; maintain records.
• Teamwork & Communication: Receptive to coaching; collaborates with QA and welders.
