Job summary

Land Pride is seeking a Sub Assembler for 3FV valve assemblies in Salina, KS. The role involves assembling valve components, staging parts, and maintaining documentation for produced units. You will follow detailed BOMs and drawings, use hand and power tools, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• Read production schedules, bills of materials, drawings, routings, and assembly instructions to determine components and build requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and document production activity.
• Communicate part availability, assembly issues, and priorities with team and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow production schedules and assembly instructions.
• Kit, stage, and verify valve components and hardware.
• Assemble valves with hand and power tools per specs and fixtures.
• Inspect assemblies for fit, finish, and quality; document results.
• Maintain records of parts used, kits completed, and shortages or defects.
• Move and stage materials using proper material-handling methods.
