Job summary

Crane Co. seeks a Project Engineer to bridge engineering and product management for valve portfolios. You will support lifecycle management, develop technical solutions, and lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Customers, with emphasis on BOM, PCR, and obsolescence handling. Strong presentation and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (BSME/BSEE).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in engineering, PM, or product development.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial standards.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support product management and lifecycle activities for valve products.
• Lead small engineering projects from concept to completion with status updates.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate into mechanical/electrical specs.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and sales to ensure issue resolution.
• Develop technical and business documentation and deliver presentations.
