FloWorks in Texas City, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for verifying shipments, loading/unloading trucks, and preparing items for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will route materials, operate a forklift, and use Microsoft Office and Outlook to track inventory and communicate with customers and carriers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 0–2 years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of typical warehouse equipment, machines and tools.
• Material resource planning and/or production control experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate activities in the Shipping/Receiving Dock including unloading and loading semi-trucks, UPS and FedEx trucks.
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing products and goods. Packaging and preparing LTL shipment and documentation.
• Routing material to either staging or shipping areas.
• Mechanically Inclined.
• Ability to work on Valve automation and Assembly with direct from the warehouse supervisor.
• Must be experienced operating a forklift. Certification a plus.
• Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, and additional software to track and communicate internally, as well as with Customers, Carriers and Suppliers.
• Maintains condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.). Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
• Attention to detail, highly organized, able to prioritize work.
