Job summary

Victaulic is hiring a Laborer/Assembler for its Aquamine Facility. You will handle material movements, shipping/receiving, and assembly of PVC/CPVC valve products. Overtime and weekend work may be required with pay for excess hours.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, teamwork, and adherence to work instructions. Candidates should be able to operate pallet jacks and basic plant equipment and lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Read and follow work orders and production docs.
• Safely lift up to 40 pounds.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety/work instructions and ensure quality.
• Operate PIVs, wrappers, and hoists safely.
• Load/unload trucks and handle materials.
• Read orders and document inventory accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow 5S.
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Report injuries or unsafe conditions.
• Meet productivity and quality goals.
