Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Corporation is seeking a Value Stream Supervisor for the 3rd shift at our Cottage Grove, MN manufacturing facility. You will lead a team, promote safety, and drive continuous improvement through standard work, 5S, and lean initiatives.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent and 2–4 years of supervisory or lead experience, preferably in a logistics environment. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to motivate teams and ensure quality and delivery

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of supervisory or work center lead experience.
• Experience in a logistics operation with demonstrated ability to apply continuous improvement, lean, and manufacturing system principles is a plus.
• Business acumen and knowledge: basic understanding of how a business runs and decisions.
• Strong communication skills: listening, 1:1 and group communication, presentation skills.

Provide coaching and performance communication to support development.•Ensure the desired product quality levels are achieved through use of standard work and training to those standards, training in operation and inspection techniques, and use of tools/data.•Support and implement new, customer-focused processes in accordance with lean principles and practices. Provide training and coaching to improve standard work, work center organization (5S), and housekeeping.
