Job summary

Associated Staffing Inc. is seeking a Production Manager for the 1st shift in Yankton, SD. The role leads 50+ team members in a clean, temperature-controlled environment and reports to production leadership.

Earn $85,000-$105,000 per year with up to 12% bonus potential, and enjoy a 5:30am–4:30pm schedule, Monday–Thursday for a 3-day weekend. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in business/management, with 5 years of leadership experience and 2+ years in production or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in business/management or related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years in production/manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members to maximize productivity and quality.
• Interviewing, performance management, and employee training.
• Produce and analyze production reporting for decision making.
• Ensure schedule adherence and achievement of financial goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related field required
• 5 years of leadership and supervisory experience
• 2 or more years of production or manufacturing experience preferred
