Job summary

Associated Staffing Inc. is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in the Tri-Cities area of Nebraska. The role leads 30-40 team members in a clean indoor environment and focuses on productivity, schedule adherence, and financial goals.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary up to $90k per year and up to 10% bonus potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, paid time off, sick leave and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field (preferred).
• 5 years of leadership and supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, communication, analytical and decision-making skills.

Summary:

• Full Time Production Supervisor position
• Located in Tri-Cities (Nebraska)
• Indoor, clean temperature controlled environment
• Supervise 30 to 40 team members
• Salary of $80k - $90k/yr based on experience, plus up to 10% bonus potential
• 2nd shift available
• Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays when necessary (45 - 50 hours/wk)

Preferred Qualifications:
