You will oversee production, safety, quality, maintenance, planning, and continuous improvement activities, ensuring alignment of capacity, materials, and equipment to meet demand and support on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including 5+ years leading production or value stream teams.
• Experience leading large teams in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned manufacturing value streams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
