Job summary

Aaon Coil Products Inc. seeks a Value Stream Manager to lead a defined manufacturing value stream in Tulsa, OK. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, translating strategy into disciplined operational execution and building frontline leadership capabilities.

You will oversee production, safety, quality, maintenance, planning, and continuous improvement activities, ensuring alignment of capacity, materials, and equipment to meet demand and support on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including 5+ years leading production or value stream teams.
Experience leading large teams in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned manufacturing value streams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
Oversee production, safety, quality, maintenance, planning, and continuous improvement.
Align capacity, staffing, materials, and equipment to meet demand and on-time delivery.
Drive structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
Develop frontline leadership and build a culture of accountability.
