Job summary

Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) is seeking a Value Stream Supervisor in Williston, SC to oversee daily value‑stream operations and lead a team toward safety, quality, on‑time delivery and cost targets. You will coach staff, apply 5S and value stream mapping, and address bottlenecks to improve efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years in operations or supervision, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of operations or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing familiarity and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the value stream to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
• Lead and motivate a team of operators and support staff with coaching and feedback.
• Implement lean principles including 5S and value stream mapping to reduce waste.
• Analyze KPIs to drive improvements and resolve bottlenecks in workflow.
