Job summary

Parker HVAC Filtration Division is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 1st shift. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure smooth material flow, meet production targets, and uphold high quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include daily leadership of the value stream, implementing standardized work, safety and 5S practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across shifts. Strong teamwork and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Background in manufacturing, accounting, inventory control, and HR management is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead value stream operations and drive continuous improvement across shifts.
• Ensure standardized work, safety, and 5S compliance, and empower the team.
• Coordinate with the Plant Manager to map future value streams and track improvements.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere with regular meetings and cross-training.
