Moog Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Value Stream Manager for the Space Propulsion Systems unit. This onsite role reports to the Operations Director and may be based in East Aurora or Niagara Falls, with occasional travel between locations.

You will lead the Value Stream Improvement Plan, drive lean initiatives, coach leaders, manage KPIs and P&L influence, and ensure safe, efficient production. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of leadership, with the ability to obtain U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Experience with lean production and Kaizen.
• Led major projects with measurable impact.
• Ability to provide clear, effective feedback to teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Value Stream Improvement Plan end-to-end, including planning, design, build and delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving across the value stream.
• Maintain and improve SQDC performance and visual management.
• Provide coaching and guidance to site leaders and teams to promote growth.
• Collaborate with process owners to implement standard work and optimize internal processes.
• Develop capability by identifying skills and training needs for the workforce.
• Deliver regular performance feedback to team members and supervisors.
• Influence the value stream P&L and KPI performance to drive results.
