Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in delivery management, program management, or product delivery leadership roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile principles and experience managing both Agile and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Minimum 2+ years in a leadership position managing cross‑functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery outcomes for your value stream end‑to‑end.
• Prioritize work within your stream balancing business value, technical needs, and compliance deadlines.
• Lead a blended team of Sr Product Owners, Product Owners, and Delivery Leads.
