Montefiore Health System, Inc. is seeking a Value Measurement Analyst (Senior Business Analyst) to own analytics across digital experiences. You will translate business needs into data requirements, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights for patients, clinicians, and operations.

The role requires Epic Cogito certification, strong SQL, Excel, and Power BI skills, and experience with Epic data environments. Work will be performed in Yonkers/ Bronx, NY with on‑site presence as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics.
3+ years in healthcare analytics, product analytics or digital health analytics.
Epic Cogito certification required.
Experience with Epic data environments (Clarity/Caboodle) preferred.
SQL proficiency and ability to run complex queries.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and Digital teams to define problems and metrics.
Develop understanding of processes and insights guiding decisions.
Create data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Epic tools.
Perform ROI/value‑impact analyses translating improvements to measurable outcomes.
Navigate Epic/non‑Epic data sets and ensure data integrity.
Define metrics and visualizations with business logic.
Produce timely analyses with clear, actionable insights.
