Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• 4+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience managing product development or Value Engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple VE projects from concept through implementation.
• Drive product teardowns, benchmarking, cost modeling, and opportunity identification.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead technical tradeoff discussions focused on cost, performance, and schedule.
• Interface with global suppliers to develop cost-effective design solutions within process capabilities.
• Validate alternative materials, components, and supplier proposals.
• Coordinate qualification testing to ensure safety, durability, and performance requirements.
• Track project progress and provide updates to leadership on savings, risks, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Support production and continuous improvement initiatives across global locations.
