Marathon Petroleum Corporation seeks a Portfolio Value Manager to lead enterprise value management, aligning initiatives to measurable outcomes, forecasts, and financial targets. You will develop value frameworks and provide leadership with clear insights into portfolio performance.

You will collaborate with Finance, BP&A, and initiative owners to validate business cases, track benefits, and report realization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in business planning, finance, value management or related fields.
Forecasting, scenario modeling, and presenting to senior leaders preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead value management for enterprise initiatives with value targets and forecasts.
Establish value tracking, reporting, and realization across the portfolio.
Validate assumptions, financial impacts, and value baselines with stakeholders.
Oversee reporting of benefits realization and forecast updates.
Identify value gaps and risks affecting portfolio commitments.
Provide decision-support on prioritization and reallocation of investments.
Develop and maintain value management standards and controls.
Coach staff on value tracking, forecasting, and realization practices.
