Georgia-Pacific in Atlanta is seeking a Manager/Sr Manager, Value Delivery – Commercial Segments to lead high-performing teams delivering scalable, event-driven platforms and applications that power our commercial segments ecosystem.

This role is a business-minded technology and engineering leader—accountable for building talent, accelerating value delivery, and ensuring engineering investments translate into measurable business outcomes. Based at our Atlanta HQ with a hybrid schedule.

• Must have experience leading software teams.
• Experience delivering cloud-based and edge systems.
• Proven talent development in engineering.
• Experience partnering on software strategy.
• Experience with multi-team shared platforms.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, APIs, microservices, CI/CD.
