Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and potential value creation while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve profitability collaborating with different departments to align initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Lead and manage projects aimed at implementing value creation strategies, ensuring on time completion, within budget, and achieve desired outcomes.
• Utilize data analytics strategies to evaluate performance metrics and assess the impact of initiatives generating clear reports to communicate findings and recommendations to the stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for value creation initiatives. Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage teams and gather insights.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of value creation initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Refine strategies based on performance data.
• Educate team members on value creation methodologies and best practices. Foster a culture of accountability and continues improvement within the team.
