You will lead improvement projects, analyze processes for value creation, monitor KPIs, and report findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related field.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including MS Office and/or Google Suite.
• Public Speaking Skills.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity Identification: Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and potential value creation while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Strategy Development: Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve profitability in collaboration with different departments.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects aimed at implementing value creation strategies, ensuring on time completion, within budget, and achieving desired outcomes.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics strategies to evaluate performance metrics and assess the impact of initiatives, generating clear reports for stakeholders.
• Collaboration and communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for value creation initiatives; facilitate workshops and meetings.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of value creation initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Training and Development: Educate team members on value creation methodologies and best practices; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
