Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a Material Logistics Manager Value Creation Specialist to identify and implement value-creating strategies across manufacturing and logistics. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related field.
Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent oral and written communication skills including MS Office/Google Suite.
Public Speaking Skills.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve processes and create value through cross-functional collaboration.
Develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve profitability across departments.
Lead and manage projects to implement value creation initiatives on time and within budget.
Use data analytics to evaluate performance and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams to align initiatives with business objectives and drive adoption.
Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Educate team members on value creation methodologies and foster accountability.
