You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to optimize processes and drive improvements in cost, quality, and delivery. In this highly visible role, you’ll develop value-stream models, perform root cause analyses, and lead initiatives that connect people, processes, and data across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations.
• Knowledge of value chain engineering and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new business processes to improve end-to-end value chain performance.
• Develop current-state and future-state value-stream models.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness across functions.
• Document process flows, dependencies, and handoffs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive cost, quality, delivery, and customer outcomes.
