Prosperity Placement Solutions seeks a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a full-time outpatient role in Anchorage, AK. The practice emphasizes preventive medicine, long-term wellness, and a collaborative, physician-led environment with a Health Coach and onsite lab/pharmacy.

You will see 10-15 patients daily with 20–60 minute visits, joining a quality-driven team and benefiting from a strong work-life balance and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
• Active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain licensure).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Focus on preventive medicine and long-term wellness.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using a whole-person approach.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, including Health Coaches.
• Perform physical examinations, diagnostic testing, and medication management.
• Utilize onsite laboratory and pharmacy services to streamline patient care.
• Participate in population health initiatives and quality improvement programs.
• Engage patients in wellness visits, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
