Job summary

Providence Medical Group - Alaska seeks a Per Diem board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join the Anchorage Primary Care team. You will work with APPs, social workers, and pharmacists in a collaborative care model and support behavioral health integration with onsite psychiatry and pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Alaska medical license or eligibility.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services in a team-based clinic setting.
• Collaborate with APPs, social workers, nurse case managers and pharmacists to coordinate care.
• Provide coverage on a per diem basis and participate in PTO/CME coverage as needed.

Seeking a Per Diem board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a Providence Anchorage Primary Care team in Anchorage, Alaska. In this role, you will work closely with advanced practice clinicians in a team-based care model that also includes social workers, nurse case management and clinical pharmacists. Behavioral health is embedded in the clinic as well, with a psychiatrist and onsite pharmacy available to patients and to provide support for Primary Care teams.
