Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, value-based care-focused organization in Florida. The role starts ASAP with a base salary range of $125,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule and a patient volume of 15–18 per day.

The position offers a collaborative care model with strong clinical and operational support, malpractice with tail coverage, 4 weeks PTO, CME allowance/time, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in value-based care.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Comfort caring for senior populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care in a collaborative care model.
• Manage a patient load of 15–18 patients per day.
• Participate in value-based care initiatives and quality improvement.
• Minimal, rotational on-call responsibilities.
