CareMore Advanced Primary Care in Upland, CA is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician for outpatient care. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, delivering patient-centered, value-based care with a collaborative care team.
The role offers a base salary range of $253,643 to $380,464 with bonus opportunities, day-one PTO, full benefits, 401(k) match, and CME support.
