You will report to the Director, Provider Contracting and lead complex negotiations with health systems and Medicare Advantage plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of hospital negotiation experience in Medicare.
• Experience leading hospital and health system contract negotiations.
• 5+ years of progressive network management experience in healthcare.
• Experience negotiating managed care contracts with hospital systems.
• Able to analyze and communicate financial impact of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for hospital and health system agreements, including reimbursement and terms.
• Evaluate amendments, renewals, and value-based contracts.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure contracts are sound.
• Communicate contract terms and payment structures to providers.
• Maintain contracts and documentation in tracking systems.
• Assist in identifying and recruiting providers based on network needs.
