Job summary

NP Now, LLC is expanding its family practice in Framingham, MA, seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary care to children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive, team-based setting.

The position offers compensation of $125,000–$135,000 per year, plus benefits including HRSA loan repayment, day-one health insurance, disability coverage, retirement plan, and CME reimbursement. MA NP license required; 3+ years of primary care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts.
• 3+ years of Primary Care NP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct primary care and preventive services to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Develop therapeutic care plans for prevention, management, and maintenance of good health.
• Provide health education and counseling.
• Manage acute and chronic illness and urgent care needs, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and mentor other team members.
• Provide prenatal/postnatal care for uncomplicated pregnancies, with physician partners.
• Provide family planning counseling and services.
• Consult with physician partners for more complex cases.
• Maintain and update EHR documentation per required standards.
• Attend trainings, weekly provider/team meetings, and quality improvement projects.
• Opportunity to provide clinical supervision and mentoring to NP, medical, and PA students.

Compensation

Compensation: $125, 000–$135, 000/year (subject to experience, licensure/certification, and location)

• May work a fluctuating schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as approved

Requirements
