Job summary

Nexus HR Services is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to support provider network development and contracting for an IPA in Los Angeles, CA. This 1099/Independent role involves negotiating contracts, credentialing, and educating providers across physician groups, payers, and facilities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in provider contracting, experience with HEDIS, and Spanish language skills are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare provider contracting experience.
• 3+ years of experience with large health systems, FQHCs, RHCs.
• Experience with IPA or medical groups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage provider relationships and contracting.
• Coordinate HEDIS and gaps-in-care initiatives with providers.
• Liaise between network providers and the organization to ensure access standards.
