Reporting to the Manager, Transformation, the Senior Associate's primary responsibilities are to support the design, impact assessment and implementation of strategic initiatives across departments including but not limited to Value-Based Care, Primary Care, and various Specialties. Responsible for driving change, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring successful execution. This position will collaborate across diverse teams while executing on these initiatives. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
