Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with value-based care or care gap management is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration with physicians and staff.
• Proficient with EMR and PM systems.

Responsibilities

• Utilize VBC reporting to design performance improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with medical leadership to close quality care gaps.
• Interpret data from multiple sources to create performance visualizations.
• Apply healthcare knowledge to maximize data impact and workflow improvements.
