Qualifications

• Completion of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program is required.
• AANP or NCCPA certification is required.
• New graduates welcome to apply; experienced preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in outpatient primary care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including exams, assessments and treatment.
• Develop and implement patient management plans and document progress notes.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other providers as needed.
• Communicate testing results and follow-up care clearly to patients.
