Job summary

Bethany Medical, the largest independent multi-specialty group in Central North Carolina, seeks a Primary Care PA to join our team in an outpatient setting. You will provide direct patient care, perform exams, diagnoses, and treatment, and help manage patient plans across multiple services.

New graduates are welcome, with NCCPA certification and PA program completion required. Competitive benefits and call coverage accompany a stable, expanding practice with 13 locations in the Triad region.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a certified Physician Assistant with NCCPA certification.
• Experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be able to provide high-quality primary care in a busy outpatient setting.
• Strong patient communication and caregiving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment.
• Develop and implement patient management plans and record progress notes.
• Assist in continuity of care across primary, urgent, and specialty services.
• Refer patients to specialists as appropriate and coordinate care.

Education

Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
