Qualifications

• MD or DO with medical licensure in Texas.
• Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic clinical leadership for MSSP ACO program and CMS compliance.
• Lead clinical strategy to improve quality, outcomes, and total cost of care.
• Coordinate with clinical staff, administration, and VBC leadership to align operations with ACO goals.
• Develop care models to improve chronic disease management and care transitions.
• Oversee CMS quality metrics, documentation, and risk adjustment activities.
