Job summary

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) seeks a senior leader to strategically manage the Value Analysis Program. You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with clinical and operational staff, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining safety and quality of patient care.

Responsibilities include developing plans, leading committees, and overseeing product evaluations, recalls, and standardization efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
  • At least five (5) years of related experience; at least three (3) years in hospital/healthcare; at least one (1) year of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously reassess strategic plan/roadmaps for the Value Analysis Program.
  • Lead clinicians in improving financial outcomes through refined business processes and quality.
  • Identify new products and services and evaluate value with data-driven analysis.
  • Provide education to CHOP community on Value Analysis concepts and projects.
