Job summary

Takeda's Value Access Insights & Solutions (VAIS) team in the US seeks a strategic leader to shape payer-focused medical strategies and drive access to Takeda medicines. You will partner across Medical, Market Access and Public Affairs to deliver insights that inform formulary decisions and population-based care.

Reporting to the Director, VAIS, this hybrid role based in Massachusetts offers collaboration with US Field Medical teams and senior leadership to advance evidence generation,

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctorate in healthcare, behavioural economics, education, communication or science related field.
• At least 5 years of healthcare or related experience, including 2 years in pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
• Experience working with payers or PBMs is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of payer-focused medical strategies and tactics.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment on strategic imperatives and initiatives.
• Develop training materials and resources for field medical teams and US Medical leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Compliance, US Medical, Legal and Regulatory requirements.
