Job summary

Lincoln International is seeking a VOG Analyst Intern to gain hands-on exposure in valuation, M&A advisory, and corporate finance. You will work with portfolio valuation, asset-backed finance, or transaction opinion teams to build detailed analyses and case studies using Lincoln International models.

The role emphasizes developing analytical finance acumen, due diligence participation, and client-facing support while collaborating with senior team members.

Qualifications

• Strong analytic foundation with understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Must be eligible to begin full-time employment in Summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.5 is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio Valuation, Asset-backed Finance, or Transaction Opinion & Board Advisory teams.
• Construct valuation models and analyses using Lincoln International tools.
• Identify comparable public companies and M&A transactions using data services.
• Assist in due diligence meetings and client communications.
• Prepare fee proposals and valuation reports.
• Maintain proprietary valuation databases.
• Coordinate valuation projects across geographies.
• Support senior members of the Valuations & Opinions Group.
• Perform ad-hoc research and analysis as needed.
