Job summary

Lincoln International, Inc. (NYSE: LCLN) seeks Analyst Interns to join the Valuations & Opinions Group (VOG) in our Dallas, New York, or Atlanta offices.

You will gain exposure to asset classes and industries, performing valuation analyses and assisting in client proposals, with opportunities to work across geographies. The role emphasizes entrepreneurial work style, self-motivation, and strong financial analysis skills; readiness to begin Summer 2028 is required, with a GPA of 3.5+.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical foundation with understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Excellent writing, verbal communication, and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Working towards a degree in finance, accounting, or related field with coursework in these areas.
• Must be eligible to begin working full-time starting Summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio Valuation, Asset-backed Finance, or Transaction Opinion & Board Advisory teams.
• Construct valuation analyses using Lincoln International proprietary models.
• Identify relevant comparables using S&P Capital IQ and Bloomberg; apply SIC classifications.
• Research macro conditions, industry trends, and M&A activity in target sectors.
• Participate in due diligence meetings and assist in client communications.
• Assist in preparing fee proposals, pitch materials, and valuation reports.
• Maintain proprietary valuation databases and coordinate projects across geographies.
• Support senior team members and perform ad-hoc research as needed.
