• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• CRE experience/background to perform the role.
• Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, lenders, and funds.
• Work with team members and independently across geographies to deliver client service and results.
• Gather data through direct client interaction, including interviews with Brokers and Property Managers.
• Review industry surveys and benchmarks, economic and demographic trends.
• Present results of analysis in a clear and concise manner.
