Job summary

Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, invites a current junior undergraduate student to join our 10-week Valuations Internship in Dallas. You will learn portfolio analytics fundamentals and work on property-level performance reporting while immersing in our collaborative culture.

During the program, you will prepare investment summaries, gather market intelligence, and support valuation models across asset classes, guided by an assigned mentor.

Qualifications

• Current junior undergraduate student at a four-year institution
• Pursuing accounting/finance/business with Real Estate concentration
• Minimum GPA of 3.2
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Able to work full-time in Dallas for 10 weeks starting June 2027
• Preferred: Argus

Responsibilities

• Deliver portfolio analytics summaries and property-level performance reporting to Blackstone and portfolio company management teams
• Prepare presentations and investment summaries for Blackstone, Revantage, and portfolio company management teams
• Gather and report on market intelligence including recent sales data and prevailing market conditions
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly property valuation models and portfolio analytics for various asset classes
• Review third-party reports, market studies and other pertinent real estate documents to extract actionable valuation data
• Provide analytical and valuation support for property investments, including leasing, operating, capital and financing analyses

WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE

Our Valuations Interns are hired for a 10-week immersive experience where they learn the fundamentals of portfolio analytics and valuations in addition to experiencing the culture of Revantage. Summer interns are immediately a part of our collaborative culture and build enduring relationships with their fellow interns, manager, and assigned mentor. During the internship, individuals will receive training and work on a variety of projects that directly impact the business. Summer interns also have the opportunity to network with various professionals through organized social events. Finally, each summer intern will work with an assigned mentor to complete a project and present their findings with other interns to the executive leadership team.

This position is based out of Revantage's Dallas, TX office. Our 2027 summer internship program will begin June 2027 and last through August 2027.

To be eligible, you must be a college student during the time of the internship program.

HOW YOU ADD VALUE

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

Required: Current junior undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance or business with a concentration in Real Estate. Minimum 3.2 GPA Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities Ability to work in Dallas in a full-time capacity for 10 weeks, beginning in June of 2027

Preferred: Argus

Base Compensation Range: $25.00 To $30.00 Hourly. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company's base compensation range for this position.
