Job summary

A prominent property valuation firm is looking for a Valuations Analyst to work fully remote. In this role, you will determine pricing strategies to optimize ROI for acquired properties, collaborate with sales and construction teams, and value properties across the U.S. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in property valuations or underwriting, with a preference for those with appraisal coursework or licenses. What you will be doing:

• Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI for acquired properties and define turnaround times for dispositions.
• Partner with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions, budgets, and scope of work for overall construction strategy.
• Value properties across the entire U.S. and ensure accuracy of all valuations.
• Meet turnaround objectives for valuations and ensure properties do not stay on market too long.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Perform any other tasks necessary to help the company meet its goals.

About You:

• Minimum 3 years experience in residential property valuations/underwriting.
• Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly adopt new technology.
