Job summary

A residential property valuation company is looking for a Valuations Analyst to work 100% remote. The role involves determining pricing strategies to maximize ROI for acquired properties, collaborating with Sales and Construction on various decisions, and ensuring the accuracy of property valuations across the U.S. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience in residential property valuations and preferably hold a bachelor's degree and appraisal coursework completion. • Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework (preferred).
• Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly adopt new technology.
